In this workshop, mom and partners of their choice learn optimal positions through each stage of labor and pain coping techniques through movement, breath work and meditation while connecting with partner and baby. This workshop will encourage mom and birth partner to feel safe, secure, empowered and confident throughout the birthing journey. Topics include:
