Preparing for Birth Together
This is a fun way to prepare together for your upcoming labor and birth. In this workshop, expectant couples practice movement and breathing techniques that can enhance comfort and confidence in pregnancy, labor and delivery. You will learn poses to strengthen, open and relax your body and gentle massage and pain coping techniques.
The presence and encouragement of a woman’s partner is a powerful aid during labor and delivery. This workshop places and emphasis on the essential role of the birth partner, providing specific helpful techniques that the partner can use during labor.
Sharing movement, breath awareness and touch while spending time together creates the opportunity for expecting parents to connect with their baby and nurture their growing family.
This workshop is recommended anytime during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
Is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

In this workshop, mom and partners of their choice will learn optimal positioning throughout each stage of labor. We will also discuss and practice pain coping techniques through movement, breath work and meditation while connecting with partner and baby.
